How to Contact LinkedIn Customer Service
So, today I saw a very frustrating problem with my LinkedIn profile. It was saying that I was previously employed at a company that I’ve never even heard of. The company just happens to have similar words to Business Opus. I get more and more upset just thinking about all of the possible legal problems that could cause, as courts are beginning to use social network sites in cases.
There I was trying to get it removed, with no luck whatsoever… so I decided to contact customer service. Have you ever tried to contact LinkedIn customer service? Not the easiest thing to track down, so I decided to write a quick post with details on how to do just that.
Here’s how to contact LinkedIn Customer Service:
-
First, go to any location on LinkedIn.
-
Next, click on Help in the upper right-hand corner or Customer Service in the lower left-hand corner, in the footer.
-
You’ll find a pretty in-depth FAQ, which I recommend looking at if you’re looking for a solution to your problem.
-
If you’re like me and find nothing of value in the FAQ, here’s the trick: Just click on any help subject.
-
Now look above to the 2 Tabs: “Frequently Asked Questions” and “Ask Customer Service”. Click on “Ask Customer Service”.
-
…You should be able to figure it out from here…
